Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred; 3-5 years of relevant experience required; Higher education experience preferred; Knowledge of applicable databases and computer application systems; Understanding of Marketing & Communications Philosophy; Ability to work effectively in a highly diverse community; Ability to work as a team leader and manager; Ability to build and manage public relations; Ability to make procedural decisions and judgments; Ability to manage budget and allocate funds; Excellent customer service skills; Excellent analytical and organizational skills; Experience in Commencement planning preferred; Ability to travel locally and regionally; Ability to work nights and weekends as needed; Onsite daily office work required
Benefits: California: $76,172.62 – $110,439.69, Outside of California: $66,836.70 – $96,966.26, Great Benefits Package
