Position: Alumni Engagement Operations Associate
About: The Lawrenceville School, a diverse and inclusive community, is seeking an Alumni Engagement Operations Associate to manage logistics and provide operational support for various in-person, virtual, and hybrid events organized by the Alumni & Development Office, including Alumni Weekend, Hill Weekend, and affinity gatherings. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Alumni Engagement, colleagues, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution and effective communication with alumni.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience; 2-3 years of event management/coordination experience in a nonprofit or educational setting; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, MailChimp, and alumni databases; willingness to travel domestically as needed; commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and confidentiality.
