Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years; training or related field; valid driver’s license; sales experience preferred (not required); required background check/screening; satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers; satisfactory CORI check/OIG and pre-employment drug screen; ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edit work for spelling and grammar; ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and clarify; respond well to questions; demonstrate group presentation skills; participate in meetings; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; if in personal recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober; proven record of customer service skills; strategic thinker with effective planning skills; exhibits a supportive and collaborative leadership style; exceptional written, verbal and listening skills; demonstrated skills in problem solving, sound decisions, completing tasks in a timely manner, delegating, and following up on tasks; models professionalism, collaborative efforts, and teamwork; exhibits good time management skills; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as position and events require; demonstrated relationship building and organization skills; ability to multi-task and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded; ability to build and maintain timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment; experience maintaining a database (preferred); satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
