Position: Alcohol Sales Manager

About: The Allied Brands Sales Manager is responsible for aligning with the brand team, retail sales, and field sales to ensure the execution of the selling strategy for key customers in both retail and on-premises accounts across the G&J franchise territory. This role focuses on managing key customer relationships to deliver against strategic allied brands (alcohol and chilled juice) account plans, customer priorities, and expectations with an emphasis on revenue, market share, and volume growth.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field; Minimum of 5+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in customer packaged goods and/or the alcohol industry; Proficiency in Power Point, Word, and Excel; Valid driver’s license; Willingness to travel regularly (estimated 75%) in assigned territory; Authorization to work in the United States; Knowledge of retail sales environment, financial management, beverage industry, standard selling practices, effective communication skills, ability to lead and train a team, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy
