Position: AJs Server Assistant 2

Requirements: Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; Must have proven customer service skills; Ability to work in an upscale, fast-paced environment, and work well in a team atmosphere under pressure; Knowledge of appropriate table settings and flatware; Ability to know all menu items and ingredients as well as proper presentation; Understanding of health and safety rules in a restaurant; Knowledge about plating and presentation; Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills; Ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart up to 150 lbs.; Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours; Must be 16 years of age or older.
