Position: AIRPORT MAINTENANCE SERVICES MANAGER (AIRFIELD) (CLASS CODE 8050)
About: The City of New Orleans is seeking a highly responsible individual for a supervisory administrative and technical role in overseeing the Airfield Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with FAA Part 139 requirements and local code regulations, as well as coordinating maintenance projects with various agencies and contractors. This position involves managing airfield pavement, infrastructure, roadway systems, and Airport fleet maintenance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; five (5) years of experience in airfield construction or maintenance with at least two (2) years of supervisory experience; valid driver’s license; comprehensive understanding of FAA Part 139 requirements preferred
