About: LAZ Parking at Columbia Airport is seeking an Overnight Maintenance/Porter to join their team. The position involves janitorial responsibilities for garages and surface lots, ensuring they are well-maintained and cleaned daily, with a focus on customer service.
Requirements: Valid Driver’s License; Janitorial service experience preferred; Customer service experience highly preferred; High school diploma or GED preferred; Experience in general facility maintenance required; Experience in customer relations; Ability to communicate professionally and effectively; Flexibility to work at multiple facility locations; Ability to handle challenging situations calmly; Ability to work unsupervised; English language proficiency; Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills; Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 30 pounds; Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods; Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift; Ability to operate machinery including a golf cart
