Position: Airport Facilities Manager
About: The Manager – Facilities will oversee all department operations for airport facilities, fleet service, airfield maintenance, and ensure compliance with FAR Part 139 and CFR 1542 regulations. This role involves planning and directing the efficient allocation of staff and resources for maintenance and repair to airport buildings, infrastructures, and the airfield. The position also includes developing and executing a preventative maintenance plan, promoting occupational health and safety, training staff, supervising, evaluating performance, and ensuring policy compliance. This is a Full-time, Exempt senior management position that involves on-call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays if needed. The salary pay grade range is $80k – $120k annually, and the starting bi-weekly pay rate is based on experience and education. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, or Engineering preferred; minimum 4 years maintenance work experience and/or training including supervising direct reports (preferably in an airport or related environment) required; equivalent combination of education and experience necessary; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; HVAC, plumbing, or electrician license desirable.
