Position: Agent Front Desk
About: As a Front Desk Agent at our hotels, you will be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience. You will handle transactions, offer local insights, anticipate guest needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere to make our guests feel at home in any location.
Requirements: High school diploma or qualification required; at least one year of experience in a front desk or guest service position preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluency in the local language; literate and tech-savvy; flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts; ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg)
