Position: Afternoon Receptionist
About: Watson Chevrolet is hiring a Receptionist. The Receptionist/Telephone Operator greets customers when they come into the dealership, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate staff member. They also handle all incoming calls, take messages, and transfer callers to the relevant department. Job duties include greeting showroom customers, operating the telephone switchboard, documenting customer information, and performing general administrative duties to maintain the reception area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with vehicle models and dealership personnel; polite and professional manner; organizational skills to handle calls and visitors; good communication skills; ability to pass a background check and drug screen; availability to work Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM
