Position: Affordable Housing Porter
About: SNAP is seeking a qualified individual for an Affordable Housing Porter to join their team. The Affordable Housing Porter will be primarily responsible for providing janitorial and landscaping support for 200 units of Affordable Housing, ensuring the cleaning and upkeep of the portfolio’s curb appeal.
Requirements: Education and Experience: Required: 1 year of experience in any related field; Preferred: High School or equivalent; 1 year of experience specifically in janitorial and landscaping work. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to empathize with and advocate for low-income and vulnerable people, to maintain confidentiality with personal information, to safely use construction and insulation tools, materials, and equipment, and to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment with a diverse population.
