Position: Aerie Sommelier

Requirements: Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (Level II or higher preferred) or equivalent credentials; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fine dining setting as a Sommelier or similar role; extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage pairings; Food Handler Permit, Tips Certification; strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in inventory management and budget maintenance; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and maintain composure during high business volume; demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff; must be at least 21 years of age
