Position: Advanced Practice Clinician PA NP – Neurosurgery
About: Ascension Illinois is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner to join their Neurosurgery Department at Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center and St. Alexius Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, IL and Hoffman Estates, IL. The candidate will work with a highly experienced team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians in a busy Neurosurgery practice, providing medical services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Requirements: Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required; Physician Assistant credential from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required; Advanced Life Support credential from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program; Master’s degree preferred. Work Experience: 1 year of experience preferred.
