About: Prairie Bar and Kitchen is a buzzing, high-volume restaurant located in downtown Minneapolis, catering to hotel and convention guests. We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a full hot and cold breakfast buffet. Our lunch and dinner menus showcase elevated bar fare with a unique Midwestern twist.
Requirements: Experience cooking in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen environment; Proficiency in grilling, sauteing, roasting, and other cooking techniques; Excellent time management and multitasking skills; Strong communication skills; Detail oriented; Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; Ability to stand for long periods of time
