Requirements: High school diploma required; 1-3 years clerical and customer service experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans beneficial; strong communication skills, ability to establish positive relationships, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, proficient with computer systems and equipment, physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing
