Position: Adorn Bar & Restaurant – Restaurant Chef
About: Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Restaurant Chef for their iconic luxury restaurant, Adorn Bar & Restaurant. The hotel is a vibrant hub of culture and style, located steps away from the Magnificent Mile and North Michigan Avenue shopping district. Adorn Restaurant offers globally inspired cuisine showcasing the bounty of the Midwest, while Adorn Bar features craft cocktails and a lively atmosphere.
Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience; three to five years previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage department head positions, independent restaurants preferred; strong leadership, training, motivation, and communication skills; ability to collaborate on breakfast, lunch + other areas
