Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years customer service, sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred; ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, and weekends including rotating Saturdays and second shift (12pm-9pm); reliable transportation; competence in technology including Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Suite, and phone systems; Christian commitment consistent with Regent University mission; strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a production-driven environment; a heart for personal, spiritual, and professional development of students; ability to maintain confidentiality; excellent customer service skills; commitment to Regent’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity
