Position: Admission Representative – Outpatient
About: Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to ensure accurate patient registration and excellent customer service. The representative will play a crucial role in gathering patient information, verifying benefits, obtaining necessary signatures, and collecting payments at the time of service, all while maintaining the hospital’s customer service philosophy.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) preferred; two or more years of office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting; good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills; organization and time management skills; attention to detail; ability to maintain confidentiality; work well in a team and fast-paced environment; capable of multitasking
