Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred Associates Degree in Business or related field; minimum of 2 years of clerical and collection experience in a healthcare environment; strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills; strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities; working knowledge of PC and various software applications/programs; strong interpersonal skills; must have knowledge and skills to provide service to customer population of all ages
