Position: Administrative Manager, Porter-Billups Leadership Academy

About: The Administrative Manager position at Regis University’s Porter-Billups Leadership Academy involves overseeing the daily operations of the PBLA office, supporting the academy’s mission and creating an environment conducive to learning, development, and community engagement. The Academy, established in 1996, provides a three-week summer college prep program for 3rd through 12th graders to foster character development and expose young leaders to career opportunities. The position reports directly to the Director and plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, relationship building, and mission alignment within the Regis community.

Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience; experience in high-profile office settings and/or higher education preferred. Prior experience managing projects, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to work with various deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
