Position: Administrative Coordinator, Event and Conference Management
About: MassMutual’s Event and Conference Management team is seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Event and Conference Consultant to provide administrative support to the director and team of event and conference planners. The team manages all MassMutual sponsored conferences, events, and meetings from discovery through execution, focusing on streamlining event management and executing events efficiently. This role involves tasks such as data-entry, database management, reporting, proposal creation, supply inventory, and event email inbox management for Boston and Springfield based events.
Requirements: 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint; 1+ years of event management experience
