Position: Administrative Coordinator, Event and Conference Management
About: MassMutual’s Event and Conference Management team is seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Event and Conference Consultant to provide support for event and conference planning tasks. This role involves administrative duties such as data-entry, database management, reporting, and supply inventory management in addition to supporting events in Boston and Springfield. The team focuses on streamlining event management, identifying cost savings, and executing MassMutual sponsored events with efficiency and excellence.
Requirements: 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint; 1+ years of event management experience
