Position: Administrative Coordinator – Conference, Events and Meeting Management

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with standard office software; ability to multitask and coordinate assignments; excellent problem-solving skills; availability for early mornings, nights, and weekends; prior experience in hospitality essential
