Position: Administrative Assistant (part-time)
About: DLR Group is an integrated design firm with a promise to elevate the human experience through design. DLR Group’s Houston studio has an opening for a part-time Administration Assistant/ Front Desk Receptionist.
Requirements: 3 or more years of experience in a relevant client-facing customer service role (i.e. administrative assistant or receptionist); Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Knowledge and use of Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam; Knowledge of general business procedures and use of office equipment; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Proactive, independent thinker with the ability to prioritize work; High attention to detail and organizational skills.
