Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality; 3-5 years of experience reporting directly to senior management; High proficiency in Microsoft suite and Opera Hotel software; Ability to read/write and speak in English; Ability to compose business communications at the highest level; Solid work ethic, high level of integrity, and a concern for quality; Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation; Typically 8 hours per day, with periodic overtime or weekend work possible; The culture advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in the hotel, creating a great workplace for all and delivering exceptional employee and guest experience
