Position: Administrative Assistant – Building Maintenance

The Administrative Assistant for the Building Maintenance department will support business and administrative functions, including procurement, inventory, vendor relations, and office management. This full-time, year-round position offers hourly wages ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 based on experience.

Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: Previous Administrative experience required, Ski Resort and/or Resort Business experience preferred, Maintenance experience helpful; Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Timekeeping experience, Support a safe and healthy work environment, Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements, Strong organization and prioritization skills, Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, A current, valid driver’s license
