Position: Administrative Assistant

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth front desk operations, including greeting visitors, receiving deliveries, answering phones, and maintaining office and kitchen supplies. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to creating a positive first impression for all guests and team members.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred, ideally in a corporate setting. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with office management software or phone systems is a plus. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality. Other: Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment.
