About: Bernstein Private Wealth Management, a business unit of AllianceBernstein, is seeking experienced Administrative Assistants to collaborate with Financial Advisors and Management in propelling the growth of their Private Wealth Management Platform. Requirements: 2-4 years of administrative or executive support experience in a corporate or professional setting; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills; excellent time management and organizational abilities; client-focused with high attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in Salesforce preferred
