Position: Administrative Assistant

About: This position is based in Indianapolis, IN, and requires 100% onsite presence. It is a 6-12 months contract role.

Requirements: 5+ years administrative support or HR/Recruiting Coordinator experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment; proven experience with complex calendaring for multi-tiered, full-day, on-site interviews; ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, change-agile environment with strong business capabilities and EQ; capable of building cross-functional relationships; strong communication and interpersonal skills; solid technical skills in MS Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
