About: Our Lakewood office is hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This role provides administrative support to teams, departments, and groups to ensure seamless delivery to customers and stakeholders. Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Prior administrative support experience preferred; Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suites; Effective communication skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize projects; Ability to make routine decisions within defined parameters; Willingness to work overtime when necessary
