Position: Admin Director Procedure Ops – Surgical Services

Requirements: Preferred: Master’s Degree in the Health Care Field or Business Administration; Required: At least 5 years’ nursing leadership experience; Preferred: Previous management experience in a complex perioperative environment. Must have excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management, finance, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work effectively with staff, other departments within CoxHealth, and external agencies. Critical thinking, conflict management, negotiation, personnel development skills are essential. Ability to operate strategically, delegate tasks appropriately, and work towards organizational goals. Must have a MO RN License.
