Position: Admin Assistant/Receptionist

About: Provide administrative support for branch, department, or managers/executives including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, providing reception coverage, maintaining office equipment and supplies, managing calendars, and assisting other departments with administrative duties as needed.

Requirements: 1+ year experience in a similar field or position; High school education with Bachelor or Associate degree preferred; Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure and react quickly; Ability to work with little or no supervision
