Position: Adjunct Faculty, Hospitality Management (BAS)
About: This company is seeking a Faculty member to teach upper-division Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Hospitality Management courses to students pursuing a Bachelor Degree. The role involves various responsibilities encompassing teaching, advising, curriculum development, and student recruitment.
Requirements: Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Management; or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or Management and two (2) years of full-time industry work experience in Culinary Arts, Food Service or Hospitality; or Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or Management; and two (2) years of full-time industry work experience in Culinary Arts, Food Service or Hospitality. All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution; experience with applied learning methodologies; ability to communicate effectively with students with a wide range of skills; possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to work well with students and colleagues in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment; must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekend assignments.
