Position: ACTIVITY & SPECIAL EVENTS PROGRAM MANAGER
About: The Town of Trumbull’s Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the planning and execution of a diverse range of community events throughout the year, such as the Trumbull Arts Festival, Trumbull Farmers Market, and summer concert series. The incumbent will be responsible for event coordination, promotion, strategic planning, partnership development, and ensuring the success of each event.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Experience and training related to event management; Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute various events; Strong organizational and communication skills; Proficiency in negotiating contracts and managing event budgets; Experience in staff supervision and volunteer coordination
