Position: Activities Coordinator
About: The company is hiring for a Wellness/Activities Coordinator role responsible for meeting the social and therapeutic needs of residents through activities, wellness interventions, and leisure programming. The role also involves interacting with community groups and completing the wellness portion of the assessment process.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; acceptable driving record; meeting federal regulations qualifications as a qualified therapeutic recreation specialist, activities professional, or occupational therapist; 2 years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last 5 years preferred; in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry preferred; CPR and First Aid certification preferred; experience in long-term care preferred
