Position: Accountant
About: A growing finance team is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant to join their team. The role involves daily accounting operations, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, and collaborating with AP and AR teams to ensure accurate coding and classification. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 2+ years of accounting experience (public or private); solid understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices; proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.); intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas); strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; excellent communication skills; proactive, team-oriented attitude
