Requirements: To be eligible, applicants must graduate between December and August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class; All degree requirements must be completed before the program start date; Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; Preferred experience in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales; Relevant coursework or work experience; Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills; Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills; Dynamic working skills to handle change in a fast-paced environment
