Position: 80% Remote Staff Accountant OT PAID!
About: A client is hiring a flexible and dynamic staff accountant based in the Denver, Colorado Metro area. This position requires being in the office two days a month with a compensation of up to $64,000.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field; 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred with bank and balance sheet reconciliation, experience with actual to variance in budget review, and debit true-up experience; Proficiency in generally accepted accounting principles and accrual-basis accounting required (knowledge of nonprofit accounting a plus); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written); Poised, personable, and professional manner on the phone and in-person; Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills; Highly organized and attentive to detail; Dependable team player who takes ownership of individual responsibilities and meets deadlines with minimal supervision; Good judgment in handling confidential information; Must pass a criminal background check
