Position: 7 Leaves Cafe Store Manager – Torrance
About: 7 Leaves Cafe, a thriving chain with over 40 locations across the Southwestern United States, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Store Manager to lead on-the-floor operations and administrative responsibilities. This role demands 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: Must be able to work at any location in the assigned district or county; excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong leadership skills to coach and develop team members; team well-being and sales-focused mindset; eager to learn and build on constructive feedback; able to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure service levels are met; deliver constructive feedback, guide conflict resolution; develop and grow future leaders; at least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience; ability to stand, stoop, walk for prolonged periods; able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
