Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; ability to follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently; strong belief in quality ingredients like butter and bacon; adherence to portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen hygiene standards; effective communication skills with managers and team members; physical ability to handle kitchen tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods
