Position: $55K – $65K – Restaurant Manager

Requirements: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting goals, creating action plans, leading a team of Department Leaders, hiring and developing staff, and maintaining high standards of performance. Ideal candidates should have previous Restaurant Manager experience, preferably in high-volume locations, quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail, and must be 18 years or older.
