Position: Line Cook

In this role, you will be expected to:
– Follow 4R recipes, read and understand prep lists and properly label, store and rotate product
– Prep items that are the backbone of all of our recipes
– Maintain a clean and organized workstation
– Adhere to First In First Out (FIFO) guidelines
– Display knowledge of menu item ingredients and product storage
– Complete entire prep lists in an efficient and timely manner
– Understand and adhere to proper cooling procedures
– Operate and clean kitchen equipment including the tilt skillet, ovens, buffalo chopper and slicer
– Safely use knives and other cooking tools
Requirements: Previous Cook experience; prior food service experience; ability to prioritize work, multi-task and be detail-oriented at an efficiently fast pace; must be team-oriented, guest service-oriented, dependable adaptable and have a strong work ethic
