Position: 3PL Warehouse General Manager
About: Our client has been providing Boutique, Turn-Key Fulfillment services to the Apparel, Footwear, Action Sports, Outdoor and Lifestyle industries since 1997. Requirements: Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a relevant leadership role; relevant experience working for a 3PL company or an apparel and/or footwear company in a pick and pack environment; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus; experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies; valid driver’s license; excellent technical capabilities, inclusive of tier one WMS experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, prioritize duties, follow through assignments with minimal direction, and be detail-oriented; solutions-focused approach; ability to collaborate, interact, communicate at all levels of an organization; team-building skills; flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities; ability to work under pressure; willingness to travel domestically and internationally; trustworthy and moral character (pre-employment background & drug tests required)
