Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in manual machining, including setting up and operating manual machines like Mills and Lathes; familiarity with reading blueprints and dimensional specifications; proficiency in using precision inspection equipment such as micrometers and calipers; ability to calculate feeds and speeds for different materials; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles; strong ability to hold tight machining tolerances
