Position: 2nd Shift Concierge
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities is a family-owned company established over twenty years ago, specializing in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities nationwide. The Home Office is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with a focus on rapid growth and expansion.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record; comfortable valet parking Resident vehicles; high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; able to move tables and furniture periodically; lift and carry approximately 25 pounds; initiative and independent problem-solving skills; ability to de-escalate critical situations; seeking to positively impact seniors’ lives; capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel); strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred; previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
