Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Experience in food preparation preferred; Ability to work in a 24/7 environment; Knowledge of HACCP Regulations and Food Safety requirements; Strong knife handling skills; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Capacity to work with Personal Protective Equipment; Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
