Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in food production or catering industry preferred; Solid knife handling skills; Ability to interpret specifications and recipes; Strong adherence to food safety regulations; Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Willingness to work overtime when required; Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment; Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
