Position: 2025 Management & Sales Training Program (Milwaukee)
About: The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare individuals for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. The program offers a promote-from-within philosophy, providing opportunities to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position after completing the initial 6-8-week training period. Participants will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, learning all operations, clients, and internal strategies to contribute to the team’s success. This structured program focuses on developing skills for a successful career in management and professional sales, offering limitless career opportunities, leadership development, and professional networking. Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future; have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License; possess at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of this development program; be able to retrieve material from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
