About: The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare individuals for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. Sherwin-Williams promotes from within, offering progression to an Assistant Store Manager position after successful completion of the initial training. The program involves overseeing a million-dollar business, learning all operational aspects, and focusing on selling to commercial users.
