Requirements: Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; minimum of three years’ experience in a food and beverage leadership role or related management position; ability to perform critical analysis and manage a wide range of information; excellent oral, written and presentation skills; strong delegation, manpower management, and project organization skills; effective communication and listening abilities; knowledgeable in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and production methods
